Owner and Lagree Certified Instructor

Victoria is the founder of Micro Moves and a certified Lagree instructor with a deep-rooted passion for movement. With a background in dance, strength training, and barre, she brings a refined and intentional approach to every class.


She was drawn to the Lagree Method for its ability to deliver a challenging, low-impact workout that builds strength, endurance, and control. Victoria is passionate about helping others feel stronger and more confident with every class. She strives to create an environment where clients feel motivated, supported, and challenged to be their best.


Outside of the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family and her pets, and finding moments to slow down with a good book.

Cassie

Lagree Certified Instructor

Cassidy didn’t grow up as an athlete — she discovered fitness later in life, lost 90 pounds, and fell completely in love with moving her body. What started with Pilates and Lagree grew into weightlifting, and that journey is exactly what makes her classes hit different.


A certified Lagree Method instructor with multiple Level 2 advanced certifications as well as pre/postnatal training, Cassidy trained under senior master trainer Amy Teter and brings serious technical depth to every class. She knows the Megaformer inside and out, and she’ll make sure you do too.


Her classes are intense, intentional, and set to playlists you’ll want to Shazam mid-shake. She’ll push you further than you’d push yourself — and somehow make you love every second of it. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned regular, you’ll leave feeling stronger than you thought possible.

Saydee

Lagree Certified Instructor

Saydee is a Lagree Level 1 Certified instructor at Micro Moves who brings a motivating and supportive energy to every class. After five years of weightlifting, Saydee discovered Lagree and quickly fell in love with its intensity, precision, and ability to transform both strength and confidence.


Her classes focus on controlled movement, proper form, and pushing clients to their personal edge—while still feeling encouraged every step of the way. Whether you’re new to Lagree or experienced, Saydee creates an environment where you feel challenged, supported, and empowered.


A proud boy mom and self-proclaimed coffee lover, Saydee is just as obsessed with a good book and 2000s music as she is with a strong workout. You can expect her playlists to keep you moving and her favorite move—the elevator lunge—to make a regular appearance in class.
