Studio Policies
At Micro Moves, we want every client to have a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience. Our studio policies help us maintain a high-quality class environment while remaining fair to our clients and instructors. By booking a class at Micro Moves, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Preparing For Class
Arrival Time
Clients attending their first Lagree class must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
This allows your instructor enough time to:
- Check you in and introduce you to the studio
- Safely explain the machine and how it operates
- Review what to expect during class
- Discuss any injuries, limitations, or concerns you may have
Clients who do not arrive at least 15 minutes early for their first Lagree class may be turned away at the instructor’s discretion. This requirement is in place for your safety and the safety of everyone in class.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely.
Grippy socks are required for all classes. Grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle or another drink to help you stay hydrated throughout your workout.
Injuries and Concerns
Please inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries, physical limitations, concerns, or if you are new to Lagree.
Our instructors are here to support you and help create the safest and most successful experience possible.
Cancellation and Attendance Policy
To ensure fairness to our instructors and fellow clients, Micro Moves enforces the following cancellation and attendance policy.
Class Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid a late cancellation.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled class start time will be considered a late cancellation.
Late cancellations will result in the removal of one class credit from the client’s class package or a deduction from the total available classes for membership holders.
There is no additional monetary fee for a late cancellation.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled class without canceling before the class begins will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will result in:
- The removal of one class credit from the client’s class package or a deduction from the total available classes for membership holders
- A $10 no-show fee
